Refunds

Digital products are delivered instantly. Because access is immediate, refunds are not available after delivery except for duplicate purchases or verified technical delivery failures. If a download link fails, we will resend the link or provide an alternate delivery option. If you accidentally purchase the same item twice, we will resolve it.
