Who is behind this

Kevin Smith

Counsellor, coach, and founder.

Compassionate Rise grew out of twenty-plus years of recovery, study, and ordinary work that asks more questions than it answers. The practice is built on what Kevin learned the slow way: that compassion is steadier ground for change than effort, and that nervous-system safety is where real change starts.
